Nawabi Qorma
Mutton roasted to perfection with onion-ginger-garlic paste and a variety of ground spices. It is blended in a gravy of yogurt and nuts.

Minced cooked along with potatoes in a typical Qalia style curry.
Kate Masale ka Keema
Minced mutton cooked with almost the same quantity of onion, ginger, garlic, and whole spices.
Yakhni Pulao
Rice pulao cooked in mutton stock, flavoured with fennel and coriander.
Khichda
A mix of grains and cereals, slow cooked with mutton pieces and mild spices.
Moong Gosht
Whole moong lentils cooked with mutton, flavoured with cream and nuts.
Desserts
Sewaiyan
A combination of milk, roasted Sewaiyan (Vermicelli), Qiwaam (Thick Sugar Syrup) and flavoured with Kevda.
Chawal ki Kheer
Rice and milk-based dessert cooked and thickened on low heat.
Kali Gajar ka halwa
Purple carrots sauteed to a velvety texture, flavoured with milk and nuts. Available during extreme winters in India.
Sooji ka Halwa
Semolina, roasted and cooked with a generous helping of Desi Ghee and sugar syrup.
Andey ka Halwa
A combination of Eggs, Milk, Sugar, and Desi Ghee Cooked in deep, heavy bottomed vessel. It is roasted till the Ghee is released and the batter turns golden. Served with Elaichi powder.
